Unopened, undamaged merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving it.

For manufacture damages or defects, please contact the manufacturer for replacement.

We do not accept exchanges on trading card sealed product, trading card singles, consignment items, food items, clearance items or opened merchandise.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer or refunds can also be processed in store at no additional cost.
